Dr. Manansala has led the Office of Education with calm, fortitude, and commitment to students, educators, parents, and administrators. He is a collaborator, a passionate advocate, and an innovator, and champions arts and cultural programs in our schools, understanding full well the vital importance of creativity in the lives of young people.

The Carpenter Award reception and award ceremony was held on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 6:00 pm in the Galleria at David Girard Vineyards, where we gathered with friends and supporters for a cocktail reception to celebrate Ed and the work of the Office of Education.
