Young Artist Awards Nomination Form

GUIDELINES FOR EDUCATORS:

  • The Young Artist Awards recognize artistic potential and special promise in junior and senior high school students.
  • You may nominate more than one student for the same award.
  • One (1) sample is required for the Nature Art award (examples include essay, poem, short story, or visual medium).
  • Three (3) samples are required for the Visual Art award.
  • For the Music and Theater awards, you may include a link to the student's work, but this is not required.
  • Awards will be presented at a reception for students, their families, and their nominating teachers on Thursday, April 25, at 6 pm.
  • Nomination deadline is Monday, April 8, 2024.

Please provide a link to an external hosting site (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) with samples of the student's artwork. You may put multiple links above. Make sure works saved are set to public and do not require a password to see. Submitting an image of the artwork does not give Arts and Culture El Dorado any rights to the piece - we will not use the file for anything other than making a selection.
